Top photo is my leftover soup which I ate for dinner. Below is the same soup mixed in with rice (white cooked in chicken broth) for my husband’s dinner who needs larger portions and more calories than I do.

Not Potato Leak Soup: spring onions, asparagus, potatoes and salt. Cutting veggies for dinner before breakfast, slow cooked all day. I forgot to use celery, but it still is yummy.
