What is the quality of your breath? Do you feel like you need to pause and breathe for a long exhale? Use your breath to relax for better sleep, release stress and anxiety plus become aware of what you’re focusing on in the present moment. Move more prana (life force) and oxygen through your body to brain and muscles.
Tensions and stress can build up in your body causing dis-ease. As you allow your breath to flow to create space and release stress you will slowly start to create new habits and behaviors to feel good and inspired.
Nora will guide you through a 40-minute breath and gentle yoga sequence with space to connect with your intuition, explore spaciousness in your body and mind. Use your inner eye and inspiration to create a new vision to manifest into your life.
This free virtual class on zoom will be a 60-minute session starting out with a guided centering, 40-minute breath and gentle yoga sequence to experience moments of ease. The session will wrap up with a mini talk about a program or journey being offered on daily Ayurvedic habits to help anchor your mind, body and spirit throughout the year.
You should bring a yoga mat, blocks or something to sit on and a blanket.Practice in the comfort of your home and taking responsibility for your practice and body at your own risk through out class.
All levels welcome, anyone can join so no yoga experience needed. Bring your open mind and playfulness to release stress and create new space in the body.
