Service Description

In 30 minutes you will be guided to clear and release your energy of old beliefs, emotions and behaviors that got stirred up from a situation or event. Use this time to shake off a layer that no longer serves you and reconnect with your authentic self. You will use your breath while lying down or sitting up, on a Zoom/video call as I channel life force energy and use bells, rattles and crystals to clear your energetic field and aura for a more uplifted vibe so you're no longer weighed down with unwanted or unnecessary energy, thoughts, or feelings. Allow yourself to show up at home with your family, at work or with friends feeling present, inspired and centered.

Energy Therapy/Healing is voluntary and should never take the place of psychological, medical, legal or financial professional services. While IET and Energy Healing uses the word "therapy" and it's intended for "healing", it is NOT a replacement for medicine, psychology, psychotherapy or other licensed healthy care practice.
