Let’s flow through a slow yoga stretch while scribbling or sketching on paper with pastels/crayons or markers to express your inner intentions. Allow any bottled up creativity to move through your body and your yoga practice onto your paper. As you allow your creativity to flow on your mat, you can create new habits and patterns off your mat and into your life. Nora will guide you through a 40 minute sequence with space to free flow to connect with your intuition, explore tightness in the body and scribble your inner most desires, dreams and ideas. Use your inner eye and inspiration to create a new vision and habits that are true to you.
This free virtual class on zoom will be a 60-minute session with a guided centering, 40 minute yoga sequence to express your inner creativity. We will wrap up with a mini talk about a program being offered on daily habits to help anchor your mind, body and spirit throughout the year.
You should bring a yoga mat, paper 11x17" paper or bigger (poster or flip chart paper 25x30") to tape onto your yoga mat with a few inches (around 10inches) enough for hand and foot at the front of your mat, pastels, crayons, or markers to use for creative drawing.
All levels welcome, anyone can join so no art or yoga experience needed. Bring your open mind and playfulness to step into your creativity practice through yoga.
