About the event

Join me and other liked-minded friends to set intentions for a life you want to create by using 10 daily habits to support you in this journey. Bring a pen and paper to our Zoom call. Set up a space that feels inspiring and creative to set your intention. In this hour together, you'll start out with meditation, light discussion, sharing and finishing with a closing meditation. This class is FREE with an option to sign up for my 10-week program "Elevate Your Habits" starting 5:30pm Thursday May 25. For $199 we will meet every Thursday at 5:30pm for 10-weeks on Zoom to see your intentions start to manifest in your life. 

You'll Recieve: 

- Weekly emails with a short video discussing a new habit, related articles, podcasts and journal prompts

- Accountability and Community for support, encourgement and consistency 

- Virtual and recorded yoga classes and meditations
