This class is based on the healing modality of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET), a powerful energy therapy that gets the "issues out of your tissues.” You will begin with light yoga, then move into meditation, creating an angelic heartlink to your Angels or Spirit Guides, using their energy for healing, shifting your vibes and habits.
You will receive an energy clearing and a basic empowerment during an extra long savasana with the support of your Angels and Spirit Guides in specific physical regions of the body.
