What to prepare for:
Sign up online for class to get the Zoom link, once logged in find a comfortable place to relax for an hour. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow and eye pillow. You can lay on the floor or couch or maybe sit in a chair. Find a comfortable place to relax for the hour meditation. For 6 week series is $60 or pay individual for a class $15.
